Mike has over 25 years experience in commercial and light industrial construction ranging from small municipal buildings and renovations to large industrial warehouses, tenant improvements as well as federal government installations throughout the western United States. Mike's expertise is in quantity takeoffs, estimating, value-engineering as well as project management. Mike's attention to detail and competitive nature has won several large projects for clients throughout the years. Mike came up working for his father who was a general contractor that self-performed concrete foundations and flatwork as well as earthwork and utilities. Mike has also worked for subcontractors such as large concrete contractors as well as a small earthwork and utilities subcontractor. Mike has estimated projects up to $50 million.
Tony has over 35 years of commercial/industrial construction experience ranging from owner's representative to pre-construction and project management to post construction expert witness testimony. Tony's expertise is in value engineering and finding creative ways to get the desired product within the economic cost constraints associated with every project. He has worked throughout the country working on various projects providing preliminary budget design, design/build, plan and specs for both public and private entities with contracts ranging in size to over $75 million.
